The room was luxurious and bright, we had a safe, a minibar and central heating. The staffs were very, very nice and the service was great. The venue was set in the very central position near to the key landmarks.

Charming hotel with very good staff, it has incredible location in many Michelin-starred restaurants in France. The atmosphere of the property is quiet. They serve great food, have a good choice of options to choose from.

Overall it was reasonably large and well-appointed with a balcony. This location was incredible and magnificent, very close to the Restaurant, Le Cénacle, and the historical center of Toulouse.

What a fantastic weekend! we were thrilled with the great amenities in our room. The mini bar was well-stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks -- it really added a special touch to our stay. The location couldn't have been better, we were right in the heart of things, with plenty of sights to explore and restaurants to try. And, to top it all off, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

That the housekeeping staff seemed a bit disorganized. Our room wasn't cleaned until later in the afternoon, which was a bit of a bummer since we were ready to relax after a busy day.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, with easy access to restaurants and shops. It's also close to the scenic river, making it a great place to stroll and take in the view. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and come with quality toiletries. The staff provide excellent service, and breakfast is also superb.

We loved how this hotel was centrally located right in the historic center of town. It was only a short walk to the river which for us was the most scenic place to stroll in this city. The staff were amazing, always professional, always with a smile, and always willing to do more to make our stay better.
